Sigma Kaizen Green Belt Certification
Course Structure
- A nine-week program conducted by the TBM LeanSigma® Institute.
Three weeks of training, with approximately six weeks of mentored project
work.
- Students work on projects selected with the guidance of TBM instructors
- and instructors mentor students online/by phone as they progress through
training
- Certification is provided upon successful completion of two projects,
proficiency in applying each tool and sustained savings of $150k+

problem-solving tools
- How to lead teams within your area of responsibility to rapidly implement
